Refund Policy

If Mother Nature presents dangerous conditions such as extremely high winds, sub-zero temperatures, and we are unable to move your tour to a safer location or time frame, we will offer a full refund of trip deposit or payment.

If you cancel your trip 7 days to 48 hours from the date of your trip, we will offer a 50% refund of your deposit or trip payment.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation or fail to show up for your reservation, we will not offer a refund due to the unlikely nature that we can book anyone else within that time frame.
